Refund policy

We craft all of our products by hand and with love. We use certified organic and sustainably produced ingredients when possible in our formulas. We use biodegradable additives ( yes, even the glitter) and packaging. It’s important to us that we use all natural ingredients and protect the planet and we make the bulk of our products vegan. Even with all that effort, we appreciate that not everyone will love our products as much as we do.

All sales are final and due to the nature of our products, returns aren’t possible. If you need further information to choose the product that’s perfect for you, feel free to browse our social media (we post lots of information) or contact us.  Any one of our staff will be happy to advise, so you can get your order right.
